Get your oven hot at 350°F. Put parchment paper on two cookie sheets.

Whip the cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla together with your mixer until it's creamy.

Add the cake mix and stir until you get a thick dough. Drop in sprinkles and mix gently so they don't bleed colors.

Pop the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so it's not too sticky to work with.

Grab bits of dough and roll into 1½-inch balls, then roll in the sugar. Set them 2 inches apart on your sheets.

Cook for 10-12 minutes until the edges firm up but middles stay soft. Let them cool on the pan before moving.
