Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken and barbecue sauce until evenly coated.

Arrange half of the tortilla chips in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Top with half of the barbecue chicken and half of the shredded cheeses.

Layer the remaining chips, followed by the remaining barbecue chicken and shredded cheeses. Scatter chopped pickled jalapenos and red onion over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with queso blanco and additional barbecue sauce. Return to the oven and bake for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Immediately garnish with chopped cilantro and serve while warm. Add any additional preferred toppings.
