Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken Nachos (Printable Format)

01 - 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
02 - 3 cups barbecue sauce

→ Chips and Cheese

03 - 1 large bag tortilla chips
04 - 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
05 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 cup queso blanco

→ Toppings

07 - 1/3 cup chopped red onion
08 - 1/2 cup mild pickled jalapenos
09 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken and barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange half of the tortilla chips in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Top with half of the barbecue chicken and half of the shredded cheeses.
04 - Layer the remaining chips, followed by the remaining barbecue chicken and shredded cheeses. Scatter chopped pickled jalapenos and red onion over the top.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove from the oven and drizzle with queso blanco and additional barbecue sauce. Return to the oven and bake for another 3 to 4 minutes.
07 - Immediately garnish with chopped cilantro and serve while warm. Add any additional preferred toppings.
