02 - 3 cups barbecue sauce
03 - 1 large bag tortilla chips
04 - 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese or cheddar cheese

06 - 1/2 cup mild pickled jalapenos
07 - 1/2 cup queso blanco
08 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the cooked shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange half of the tortilla chips evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Distribute half of the BBQ chicken mixture and half of the shredded cheese over the chips.
04 - Layer the remaining tortilla chips, followed by the rest of the BBQ chicken and shredded cheese.
05 - Sprinkle chopped pickled jalapenos and red onion across the top.
06 - Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 11–13 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
07 - Remove from oven and drizzle with queso blanco and extra barbecue sauce. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3–4 minutes.
08 - Serve immediately, garnished with chopped cilantro and any additional desired toppings.
