Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced beef steak and sauté until browned, approximately 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper, then transfer the cooked beef to a plate.

In the same skillet, add sliced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Return the beef to the skillet with sautéed vegetables. Mix thoroughly and heat until evenly warmed.

Arrange tortillas on a flat surface. Distribute shredded provolone and mozzarella cheeses over the centre of each.

Evenly spoon the beef and vegetable mixture onto the cheese layer on each tortilla.

Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll up tightly. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortilla is crisp and the cheese is fully melted.
