# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g thinly sliced beef steak
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 onion, sliced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
05 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Wrap and Cheese

08 - 4 large flour tortillas
09 - 100 g shredded provolone cheese
10 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced beef steak and sauté until browned, approximately 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper, then transfer the cooked beef to a plate.
02 - In the same skillet, add sliced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
03 - Return the beef to the skillet with sautéed vegetables. Mix thoroughly and heat until evenly warmed.
04 - Arrange tortillas on a flat surface. Distribute shredded provolone and mozzarella cheeses over the centre of each.
05 - Evenly spoon the beef and vegetable mixture onto the cheese layer on each tortilla.
06 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll up tightly. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortilla is crisp and the cheese is fully melted.
07 - Cut wraps in half and serve immediately while warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For optimal results, use freshly shredded cheese and thinly sliced steak to ensure even cooking and a smooth melt.
