Warm up your oven based on what the dough package says

Slice the dough into 2-inch pieces and press them out to 3 inches wide so they'll cook quicker

Put sauce on one side of each strip, sprinkle cheese, lay pepperoni pieces so they overlap, then finish with extra cheese

Take the plain half and fold it over the topped side, then roll the whole thing up to make it look like a rose

Set your roses on a lined baking sheet, and if you want, pull the pepperoni bits outward a bit

Pop them on the lowest rack for 12-15 minutes till they're golden. Cover them with foil if the pepperoni gets too dark
