# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded.
02 - 1/2 cup of Parmesan, finely grated.
03 - 1 cup of plain flour.
04 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - A pinch of salt and pepper, or more if needed.
08 - 2 eggs, large.
09 - 2 tablespoons of milk.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a tray with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together the flour, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and baking powder.
