In a large pot, cook beef over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, letting it brown undisturbed.

Mix in the diced onion. Let it cook for another 5 minutes. If there's too much grease, drain some of it.

Toss in the garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, and orzo. Stir for 1 minute to bring out flavors.

Add the tomato sauce, cream, broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix it all together.

Once it starts to bubble, keep it gently simmering for about 10 minutes. Stir often to keep the pasta from sticking.

Pull the pot off the heat. Stir in parmesan along with the spinach until wilted.

Cover the pot and let everything sit for 3-5 minutes. It'll thicken up.

Before serving, taste and add any extra salt or pepper.
