Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups (Printable Format)

Soft cheesecake cups over Oreo crust, topped with whipped cream and optional chocolate chips for a rich treat.

# Needed Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 20 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
02 - 70 grams unsalted butter, melted

→ Cheesecake Filling

03 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
04 - 100 grams granulated sugar
05 - 60 grams sour cream
06 - Optional: 40 grams mini chocolate chips

→ Topping

07 - 240 millilitres whipped cream
08 - Crushed Oreo cookies, for garnish

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Combine finely crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter in a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
02 - Line a standard muffin tin with cupcake liners. Spoon approximately one tablespoon of the Oreo mixture into each liner and press firmly to form an even base.
03 - In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and continue mixing until smooth. If using, gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
04 - Distribute the cheesecake filling evenly over each prepared crust, filling nearly to the top. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until centres are set but still slightly wobbly.
05 - Allow cookie cups to cool completely at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill thoroughly. Once cold, top each with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed Oreo cookies.
