02 - 60 g Fruity Pebbles cereal

07 - 450 g cream cheese
08 - 100 g granulated sugar

→ Topping

09 - 180 ml heavy cream
10 - 15 g Fruity Pebbles cereal
11 - 16 g powdered sugar

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Finely grind Nilla Wafer crumbs and Fruity Pebbles cereal in a food processor. Combine with melted butter and mix thoroughly. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even base.
02 - Grind Fruity Pebbles cereal and set aside. Whip 360 ml heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form to create whipped cream.
03 - Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Gently fold in the prepared whipped cream and crushed Fruity Pebbles until incorporated.
04 - Pour the filling mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or until set.
