Finely grind Nilla Wafer crumbs and Fruity Pebbles cereal in a food processor. Combine with melted butter and mix thoroughly. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even base.

Grind Fruity Pebbles cereal and set aside. Whip 360 ml heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form to create whipped cream.

Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Gently fold in the prepared whipped cream and crushed Fruity Pebbles until incorporated.

Pour the filling mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or until set.

Whip the remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Decorate the set dessert with whipped cream and Fruity Pebbles cereal before serving.
