Peppermint Oreo Pie (Printable Format)

A holiday no-bake delight with smooth minty filling on a chocolate cookie base, finished with fluffy topping and sprinkled peppermint bits.

# Needed Ingredients:

01 - 25 chocolate sandwich cookies.
02 - 5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
03 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.
04 - 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar.
05 - Red food dye.
06 - 1 teaspoon mint flavoring.
07 - 2 containers whipped topping, defrosted.
08 - 3/4 cup smashed peppermint sticks.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Smash cookies into crumbs using food processor or crush with rolling pin. Combine with melted butter then push firmly into 9-inch pie dish. Put in fridge.
02 - Whip cream cheese with confectioners' sugar until fluffy. Drop in red food dye until you get the color you want.
03 - Gently mix in one tub of whipped topping and 1/2 cup broken peppermint sticks.
04 - Spread mixture into cookie base. Cover with leftover whipped topping and sprinkle remaining peppermint bits.
05 - Keep in fridge for at least 1 hour to set before you serve it.
