01 - 1 large mango, peeled and chopped (or 1 cup frozen mango, chopped)
02 - 2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
03 - 1/2 cup honey
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced or crushed
05 - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Pour olive oil into a saucepan and place over medium heat until warmed.
02 - Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic.
03 - Add the chopped mango, habanero peppers, honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, and salt to the saucepan.
04 - Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mango softens and sauce thickens slightly.
05 - Remove sauce from heat and allow to cool for several minutes. Transfer to a blender or use an immersion blender to blend until smooth.
