Combine almond flour, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and extra virgin olive oil until fully blended.

Create a well in the dry ingredients, add the egg and oil mixture, and stir until a sticky dough forms. Avoid overmixing.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out to a 0.6cm thickness.

Remove top parchment, transfer base to a baking sheet, and pre-bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.

Evenly spread low-carb tomato sauce over pre-baked base. Top with shredded mozzarella and Italian seasoning if desired.

Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
