# What You'll Need:

01 - 180g almond flour
02 - 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 60ml extra virgin olive oil

→ Toppings

08 - 60ml low-carb tomato sauce
09 - 170g shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 4 fresh basil leaves
11 - Italian seasoning

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C.
02 - Combine almond flour, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and extra virgin olive oil until fully blended.
04 - Create a well in the dry ingredients, add the egg and oil mixture, and stir until a sticky dough forms. Avoid overmixing.
05 - Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out to a 0.6cm thickness.
06 - Remove top parchment, transfer base to a baking sheet, and pre-bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
07 - Evenly spread low-carb tomato sauce over pre-baked base. Top with shredded mozzarella and Italian seasoning if desired.
08 - Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
09 - Remove from oven, finish with fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately.
