03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon paprika
07 - Oil spray, as needed

08 - 120 ml honey
09 - Zest of 1 lemon
10 - 60 ml lemon juice, plus more if needed
11 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
12 - 1 tablespoon butter
13 - 1 to 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
14 - Pinch of salt

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven to 230°C. Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Lightly spray a parchment-lined baking tray with oil. Arrange the wings in a single layer and spray the tops with additional oil.
04 - Reduce oven temperature to 220°C. Bake the wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway and reapplying a light spray of oil to ensure crispiness.
05 - While the wings bake, place honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, butter, ground black pepper, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until fully combined.
06 - Transfer baked wings to a large bowl. Pour the honey lemon pepper sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated. Optionally, reserve a small amount of sauce for dipping.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Patting the chicken wings dry before coating enhances crispiness after baking.
