Honey Glazed Lemon Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 tablespoon reduced-salt soy sauce.
02 - 1 egg.
03 - 1/2 cup cornstarch.
04 - 1 pound chicken breasts or thighs.
05 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger.
07 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine.
08 - 1 large lemon, grated skin and juice.
09 - 2 tablespoons honey.
10 - 2 tablespoons reduced-salt soy sauce.
11 - 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar.
12 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes.
13 - Green onions and sesame seeds for topping.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Mix up the lemon juice, grated skin, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and chili flakes in a bowl.
02 - Blend soy sauce with egg, dunk chicken pieces in it. Then roll in cornstarch until fully covered.
03 - Cook chicken pieces until they turn golden brown and crunchy. Set aside on a dish.
04 - Cook garlic and ginger until fragrant. Pour in sauce mixture and add chicken back, letting it simmer until sauce gets thick and sticks to chicken.
05 - Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top before eating.
