Toss yogurt, softened cream cheese, a splash of lemon juice, vanilla, and honey into a bowl. Mix well until it’s nice and creamy. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to thicken.

Give the strawberries a rinse and pat them completely dry with a clean cloth.

Remove the tops and slice the strawberries in half from top to bottom. Place them cut-side up on your serving dish.

Grab a small knife and carefully add a bit of dip into each halved berry.

Fill a plastic bag with the creamy mixture, snip off a corner (or use a piping tool), and squeeze filling into the strawberry halves. Or spoon it in if you'd rather.

Want some crunch? Sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs or toss a few mini chocolate chips over the top.
