Heat your oven to 350°F. Boil pasta just until it's tender but firm.

Sauté beef with garlic salt until browned, pour off grease. Stir in marinara and let bubble for 10 minutes.

Combine the sour cream, cream cheese and diced onion into a smooth mixture.

Spread half the cooked noodles in a 9x13 pan, then add meat sauce, cheese blend, and finish with remaining noodles.

Sprinkle cheddar on top and pop in the oven for 25 minutes.
