Beef Potato Bake (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef, cooked till brown and excess fat removed.
02 - 1/4 cup chopped onion (from freezer).
03 - 1 tsp black pepper.
04 - 1 tsp table salt.
05 - 1 can condensed mushroom soup.
06 - 1 lb hash browns, frozen and diced.
07 - 1 can chopped tomatoes with juice.
08 - 1 cup corn kernels from freezer.
09 - 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained.
10 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Dump everything but the cheese into a 6 quart slow cooker and mix thoroughly.
02 - Put the lid on and let it cook for 4 hours on high setting or 7-8 hours on low.
03 - Take off the lid, sprinkle cheese all over the top, put the lid back on and cook another 30 minutes.
04 - Add your favorite garnishes and enjoy while hot.
