Lightly grease a 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13 inch) baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.

Combine 5 cups mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a large sauce pan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, until smooth and fully combined.

Remove the pan from heat. Immediately fold in Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows, mixing until evenly coated. Mixture will be sticky.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Flatten the surface using the back of a greased spatula to create an even layer.

Allow to rest at room temperature for 60 minutes to firm up. Once set, cut into squares for serving.
