Golden Grahams S’mores Bars (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 5 cups (250 g) mini marshmallows
02 - 1.5 cups (260 g) milk chocolate chips
03 - 5 tablespoons (70 g) unsalted butter or margarine
04 - 60 ml corn syrup

→ Cereal and Topping

05 - 7 cups (175 g) Golden Grahams cereal
06 - 1 cup (50 g) mini marshmallows

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Lightly grease a 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13 inch) baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
02 - Combine 5 cups mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a large sauce pan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, until smooth and fully combined.
03 - Remove the pan from heat. Immediately fold in Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows, mixing until evenly coated. Mixture will be sticky.
04 - Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Flatten the surface using the back of a greased spatula to create an even layer.
05 - Allow to rest at room temperature for 60 minutes to firm up. Once set, cut into squares for serving.
