Preheat oven to 190°C.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5-7 minutes.

Add sliced steak and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until steak is browned but remains tender, approximately 4-5 minutes.

Slice the baguette lengthwise without cutting completely through. Scoop out some of the interior crumb to create space for the filling.

Evenly distribute the steak and vegetable mixture inside the baguette. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Place the filled baguette on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
