01 - 1 French baguette
02 - 450 g thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
03 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
04 - 1 cup (approx. 150 g) mixed bell peppers, sliced
05 - 1 medium onion, sliced
06 - 1 cup (approx. 100 g) shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Add sliced steak and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until steak is browned but remains tender, approximately 4-5 minutes.
04 - Slice the baguette lengthwise without cutting completely through. Scoop out some of the interior crumb to create space for the filling.
05 - Evenly distribute the steak and vegetable mixture inside the baguette. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
06 - Place the filled baguette on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
