Effortless Turkey Cheeseball (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 oz softened cream cheese.
02 - Half a cup of sour cream.
03 - 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar.
04 - 1 small cheddar block, cut.
05 - 3 tbsp ranch seasoning.
06 - Half tsp crushed red pepper.
07 - Half tsp garlic powder.
08 - 8 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled.
09 - 1 big pretzel rod.
10 - 3 or more large pretzel twists.
11 - At least 5 mini pretzel pieces.
12 - 2 edible candy eyes.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream. Stir in the spices. Toss in cheddar and 1/3 cup of the bacon. Save about 3 tbsp of this mixture for later.
02 - Roll a larger ball for the body and a smaller one for the head. Cover both in plastic wrap. Let them chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
03 - Push the pretzel rod into the large ball, then attach the small ball on top. Add cheddar as a beak and stick on candy eyes. Use pretzel twists for the tail and place mini pretzels near the front. Sprinkle with leftover bits of bacon.
04 - Keep the whole thing cold. Pair with crackers when serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Store in the fridge for up to 3 days after it's fully made.
02 - You can freeze the basic cheese mix but not after decorating.
03 - Stick with ranch seasoning powder, not the dip mix.
04 - It's best to finish assembling on the day you're serving it.
