Tangy Mango Sorbet (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 cups of chopped frozen mango
02 - ¼ cup honey or simple sugar mix

→ Taste Enhancers

03 - 2 tbsp squeezed lime juice
04 - Small amount of kosher salt
05 - Mint leaves for topping

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Put frozen mango in food processor and pulse till coarsely broken down
02 - Pour in sweetener, lime juice and salt while scraping down the sides as you go
03 - Keep processing about a minute or more, scraping occasionally until it's silky smooth
04 - Dig in right away or pop into freezer in closed container. If frozen, let sit out 10-15 mins before eating

02 - Needs to soften a bit if taken from freezer
