01 - 25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1 cup whole milk, at room temperature
04 - 2 large eggs, at room temperature
05 - 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
06 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - vegetable oil, for frying

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Arrange three wide, deep plates or bowls. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pour flour onto the first plate. Beat eggs with milk on the second plate. Mix bread crumbs, grated parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on the third plate.
03 - Coat each frozen ravioli in flour, dip into the egg mixture, and then cover in the bread crumb mixture. Transfer fully coated ravioli to the parchment-lined sheet. Repeat until all ravioli are coated.
04 - Lightly spray both sides of breaded ravioli with cooking spray. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove and set aside.
05 - Freeze breaded ravioli for 30 minutes on the prepared sheet. Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F in a heavy-bottomed pot. Fry ravioli in batches of 3-4 for 2-3 minutes until golden. Lift out with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
06 - Top prepared ravioli with extra grated parmesan and parsley if desired. Offer with warm marinara sauce on the side.
