01 - 800 g frozen hand-cut style fries
02 - 2 teaspoons seasoning salt

→ Chili and Cheese

03 - 570 g chili, no beans
04 - 200 g shredded cheese

→ Garnishes

05 - Sour cream, to taste
06 - Chives or green onions, finely sliced, to taste

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C and prepare a large baking sheet.
02 - Spread the frozen fries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with seasoning salt.
03 - Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crisp, turning once for even browning.
04 - While the fries bake, warm the chili in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming hot.
05 - When fries are crisp, transfer them to an oven-safe serving plate. Spoon hot chili evenly over the fries.
