Turn your oven to 350°F to start warming it up.

Spray your 13x9 glass baking pan with the butter spray so nothing sticks.

Roll out one pie crust so it fits into the 13x9 pan. Patch up any holes just by pinching them together.

In a big bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, sugar, and eggs.

Toss the pecans into the mix and give it all a good stir.

Pour some of the filling into the crust-lined pan. Lay the second crust on top, then finish with the rest of the filling.

Pop it in the oven for about 40–50 minutes, or until the middle is set.
