In one bowl, whisk the egg and milk together. Combine parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in another dish.

Take a cutlet, dip in the egg mix, then press into breadcrumbs till fully covered.

Use a skillet with hot olive oil. Brown each side of the chicken for about 3 minutes.

Spread marinara into the slow cooker. Layer in browned chicken. Slow cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle mozzarella on top for the last 30 minutes.
