Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 pieces of thin chicken.
02 - 1 large egg.
03 - 1/4 cup full-fat milk.
04 - 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs.
05 - 1/4 cup grated cheese (parmesan).
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
08 - 1/4 cup olive oil (for frying).
09 - 1 jar (22 oz) of marinara sauce.
10 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - In one bowl, whisk the egg and milk together. Combine parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in another dish.
02 - Take a cutlet, dip in the egg mix, then press into breadcrumbs till fully covered.
03 - Use a skillet with hot olive oil. Brown each side of the chicken for about 3 minutes.
04 - Spread marinara into the slow cooker. Layer in browned chicken. Slow cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle mozzarella on top for the last 30 minutes.
05 - Toss with a pasta you like, and dig in!
