Put paper towels on a plate to drain later.

Mix the pancake mix, milk, and egg together. If it’s too thin, throw in a bit more mix.

Warm up that oil until it reaches 375°F.

Take 4-6 Oreos per batch and dunk them into the batter. Shake off the extra batter, then fry for 1-2 minutes per side until nicely golden.

Set them on the paper-lined plate to let the oil drip away.

Lightly cover them with powdered sugar.
