Use parchment paper to line an 8x8 dish. Make sure it covers the bottom and sides.

Combine condensed milk, butter, peppermint, and white chocolate chips in a bowl. Microwave in short bursts (30 seconds), stirring between, until smooth and melted.

Scoop out about 1/2 cup of the mixture into one bowl and mix in green dye. Do the same with another 1/2 cup, but add red dye instead. Stir it fast before it sets.

Drop little spoonfuls of each color into your dish. Drag a knife through to make colorful swirls. If you want, sprinkle some decorations on top.

Pop the pan in the fridge and chill everything for a minimum of 2 hours.
