Simple Strawberry Cheesecake Bites (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 15.25 oz box of strawberry cake mix.
02 - 8 oz pack of cream cheese, softened.
03 - 12 oz pink candy melts.
04 - 4 oz white almond bark (optional for topping).

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat the dry mix in the microwave twice for 30 seconds. Stir it up between each time. Let it cool off completely.
02 - Whip the cream cheese for about 2 to 2.5 minutes until it’s nice and smooth. Toss in the cooled cake mix and blend until well mixed. Cover it up and chill for a couple of hours.
03 - Put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Use a tablespoon to scoop portions, roll them into balls, and set them on the sheet. Leave them in the fridge overnight if needed.
04 - Melt the candy wafers in a microwave, heating in short 30-second bursts. Roll the balls in the melted candy, tap off the extra, and put them back on the sheet to cool.
05 - Melt the almond bark and drizzle it over the bites. Chill them in the fridge until ready to enjoy.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
02 - Uncoated balls freeze well for up to 2 months.
03 - Bring to room temp before coating so the coating doesn’t crack.
04 - You can use any flavor of cake mix you like.
