Easy Apple Pie Bombs (Printable Format)

Simple apple-filled treats using canned biscuits and pie filling, finished with buttery cinnamon sugar and cooked in an air fryer.

# Needed Ingredients:

01 - 2 small cans of Pillsbury biscuits (or 1 can of the Grands version).
02 - 1 cup of diced apple pie filling.
03 - ½ cup melted butter.
04 - ¾ cup white sugar.
05 - 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Take the biscuits apart and flatten each one into a 4-inch round. For Grands biscuits, carefully split them into two thinner pieces.
02 - Place a spoonful of apple filling in the middle of each round. Fold the dough over the filling, pinch to close, and roll into a sphere.
03 - Arrange dough balls in the air fryer basket with a bit of space between each. Air fry at 380°F for 5 to 6 minutes until they're golden and crisp.
04 - Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a medium-sized bowl.
05 - Quickly dip each warm bomb into the melted butter, then roll them around in the cinnamon sugar until coated.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - You can bake these in your oven at 375°F for about 15-17 minutes.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge inside a sealed container for up to 4 days.
03 - Ensure that no apple filling is poking out of the dough before cooking.
