In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, combine heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, and yellow mustard. Stir and heat until the mixture forms a smooth sauce and the cream cheese is fully melted.

Add pulled pork, diced ham, half the sliced dill pickles, and half the shredded Swiss cheese to the skillet. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.

Sprinkle the remaining Swiss cheese and dill pickles on top of the mixture in the skillet.

Place the skillet in the oven and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
