Crunchy Beef Tacos (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef (80-85% lean).
02 - 2 tablespoons taco mix.
03 - 1/2 cup water.
04 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine.
05 - Juice from 1 lime.
06 - 4 ounces green chiles, diced.
07 - 8 ounces shredded colby jack.
08 - 8-10 corn shells.
09 - 1/2-3/4 cup Mexican crema.
10 - 2 chipotle peppers soaked in adobo sauce.
11 - 1 teaspoon natural honey.
12 - 1 clove garlic.
13 - Juice from half a lime.
14 - Oil for coating.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. Coat 2 baking trays with oil. Brown beef completely then drain the fat off.
02 - Mix your beef with spices, water, chopped garlic, lime juice and green chiles. Let it cook till dry. Add 1 cup cheese and mix well.
03 - Heat up your tortillas. Put beef mix and cheese on one half. Fold them over and brush oil on top.
04 - Put in oven for 15-20 minutes until they get crunchy.
05 - Mix all crema stuff in a blender until it's smooth. Serve alongside your tacos with extra toppings.
