Combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir until a cohesive dough forms.

Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to approximately 1/8 inch thickness.

Remove top sheet of parchment and cut dough into 1-inch squares using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.

Transfer squares to prepared baking sheet and gently press in any desired toppings.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crackers turn golden and crisp. Begin checking for doneness at 15 minutes.
