Set your oven to 375°F and get a baking pan ready by lining it with baking paper or greasing it lightly.

Whisk together the mayo, Parmesan, Ranch mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until it’s creamy.

Dip each chicken piece in the mayo mixture until it’s covered. Then roll it in the cracker crumbs, pushing firmly so it sticks.

Spread the chicken out on the baking pan, leaving room between each piece. Cook for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and the center’s at 165°F.

Allow to cool a little before offering it up with your favorite sauce on the side.
