Crack Chicken Tenders (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound of chicken strips

→ Coating Mix

02 - 1 packet of Ranch dressing mix
03 - ½ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
04 - ½ cup mayonnaise
05 - ½ teaspoon of onion powder
06 - ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

→ Crust

07 - 1 cup of finely crushed Ritz crackers

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and get a baking pan ready by lining it with baking paper or greasing it lightly.
02 - Whisk together the mayo, Parmesan, Ranch mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until it’s creamy.
03 - Dip each chicken piece in the mayo mixture until it’s covered. Then roll it in the cracker crumbs, pushing firmly so it sticks.
04 - Spread the chicken out on the baking pan, leaving room between each piece. Cook for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and the center’s at 165°F.
05 - Allow to cool a little before offering it up with your favorite sauce on the side.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Swap out the mayo for sour cream or Greek yogurt if you like.
02 - Use crackers that are gluten-free if needed.
03 - Turn on the broiler for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crunch.
