# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 ears of corn, kernels cut (about 2 cups).
02 - 6 tablespoons of milk.
03 - 1 cup grated sharp cheddar.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Beat the egg lightly with milk. Toss in the cheese, scallions, vinegar, and corn. Stir all together.
02 - Add salt, pepper, and all the seasonings. Mix everything until evenly coated.
03 - Fold in the flour and cornmeal. Keep blending until the texture looks smooth.
