Crispy Baby Potatoes (Printable Format)

Crispy air fryer baby potatoes with rosemary and spices. Golden outside, tender inside, ready quickly in 20 minutes.

# Needed Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, cleaned up, dried off, and sliced in half
03 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
04 - 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary or 3 teaspoons if you’ve got dried
05 - ½ teaspoon paprika
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Dump your halved potatoes into a bowl, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until they’re all coated nicely.
02 - Give the air fryer basket a light coat of oil spray.
03 - At 400°F, cook for 15 minutes. Give the basket a good shake halfway through. Check if they’re tender with a fork. If they’re not ready, add 2 minutes at a time until they are.
