# Needed Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 large eggs
02 - 1 pound sausage meat
03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - Olive oil spray

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Gently place eggs into a pot of boiling water and cook for 6 to 7 minutes for soft-boiled yolks. After cooking, immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath to halt further cooking. Cool for several minutes, then peel with care.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage meat with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until seasonings are evenly distributed.
03 - Divide sausage mixture into four equal portions. Flatten each portion in your hand, place a peeled egg in the center, and gently mold the sausage around the egg, ensuring it is completely sealed.
04 - Roll each sausage-wrapped egg in panko breadcrumbs until evenly coated. For extra crunch, optionally dip in beaten egg before coating with breadcrumbs.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray each egg with olive oil. Arrange in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each egg. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until the exterior is golden and crisp.
06 - Allow Scotch eggs to cool for several minutes before serving. Enjoy with preferred dipping sauces.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - For perfectly soft yolks, promptly immerse cooked eggs in an ice bath to stop residual cooking.
02 - Using panko breadcrumbs produces a crispier exterior compared to standard breadcrumbs.
