Cut off casing and slice sausage into chunks.

Put oil in a big skillet and heat on medium.

Place sausage in pan, cook 4 mins on one side, flip and do 2 more mins on the other.

Toss gnocchi, cream, and chicken broth into the skillet. Turn to boil, cover up, and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Mix in squash puree and garlic, simmer for 3+ mins till it thickens.

Throw in half the herbs, sprinkle salt and pepper, then garnish with the rest.
