Creamy Squash Gnocchi (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 10 oz gnocchi, uncooked.
02 - 1 cup butternut squash puree.
03 - 12 oz Italian sausage, casing-free.
04 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
06 - 2 tbsp chopped sage.
07 - 1 tbsp thyme, freshly chopped.
08 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
09 - Half cup of chicken broth.
10 - Season with salt and black pepper.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Cut off casing and slice sausage into chunks.
02 - Put oil in a big skillet and heat on medium.
03 - Place sausage in pan, cook 4 mins on one side, flip and do 2 more mins on the other.
04 - Toss gnocchi, cream, and chicken broth into the skillet. Turn to boil, cover up, and let it cook for 5 minutes.
05 - Mix in squash puree and garlic, simmer for 3+ mins till it thickens.
06 - Throw in half the herbs, sprinkle salt and pepper, then garnish with the rest.
