01 - 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin.
03 - 2 cups of milk.
04 - 1 pinch of nutmeg, ground.
05 - Salt, as needed.
06 - 2 tablespoons flour for all purposes.
07 - 1 shallot, sliced thinly.
08 - 30 raw medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned.
09 - 4 teaspoons of Italian herbs, split.
10 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
11 - 1 cup Cheddar, shredded.
12 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, dry.
13 - 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set the oven to heat up to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Melt butter with oil, stir in the flour to create a paste. Slowly pour in milk, cook until it thickens up. Toss in salt and nutmeg.
