19 - Salt, garlic powder, and mixed dried herbs, to taste
20 - 50 g shredded mozzarella or reduced-fat cheese

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Toss cubed potatoes with salt, garlic powder, dried herbs, chili flakes, paprika, and a light coating of olive oil or cooking spray. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 18–20 minutes, or bake in a 200°C oven for 20–23 minutes until golden and crispy.
02 - In a large non-stick pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken breast, minced garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika, and salt. Sauté for 5–6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and lightly golden.
03 - Reduce the heat to low. Pour in the milk and add cream cheese. Stir continuously until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Mix in grated Parmesan and additional seasoning if needed.
04 - Add the crispy potatoes to the creamy chicken mixture. Toss gently to ensure even coating. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the top, then cover and allow the cheese to melt for 4–5 minutes.
05 - Remove from heat and garnish generously with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
