# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef (choose lean version).
02 - 1 small onion, chopped up.
03 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
04 - 12 ounces sliced mushrooms.
05 - 3 tablespoons regular flour.
06 - 2 cups beef stock.
07 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
08 - Salt and ground pepper as needed.
09 - 3/4 cup sour cream.
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook the beef with onion and garlic until meat turns brown without any pink spots, keeping meat chunks intact. Drain off extra fat.
02 - Toss in mushrooms and cook for about 2-3 minutes, add flour and let it cook another minute.
03 - Pour in stock, add Worcestershire sauce plus salt and pepper. Let it reach a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
04 - Take pan off the heat, mix in the sour cream and parsley. Spoon over cooked egg noodles to serve.
