# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 190°C.
02 - Combine cream cheese and cream of bacon soup in a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, blend until smooth and homogeneous.
03 - Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and real bacon bits to the bowl. Stir until evenly distributed.
04 - Slice each chicken breast horizontally, creating a pocket by not cutting all the way through. Gently open each breast.
05 - Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the lower half of each chicken breast and fold the top half over to enclose the filling.
06 - Place stuffed chicken breasts into a greased 23 x 33 cm baking dish.
07 - Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat thoroughly.
08 - Brush the beaten egg over the tops of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle crushed Doritos evenly over the surface, pressing lightly to adhere.
09 - Transfer the baking dish to the oven and cook for 33 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden.
