Combine cream cheese and cream of bacon soup in a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, blend until smooth and homogeneous.

Slice each chicken breast horizontally, creating a pocket by not cutting all the way through. Gently open each breast.

Place stuffed chicken breasts into a greased 23 x 33 cm baking dish.

Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat thoroughly.

Brush the beaten egg over the tops of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle crushed Doritos evenly over the surface, pressing lightly to adhere.
