# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - ¾ cup granulated sugar.

05 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
06 - 1 mushy banana.
07 - ½ cup blood orange sparkling water.
08 - ¼ cup cranberry jam.
09 - ½ cup almond milk.
10 - ½ cup unthawed cranberries.
11 - ½ cup confectioners' sugar.
12 - 1½ tablespoons blood orange soda.
13 - ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice mix.
14 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.
15 - ¼ teaspoon orange peel.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Warm your oven to 350°F. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
02 - Squish the banana and put it in. Add the sparkling water, cranberry jam, almond milk, and frozen berries. Stir everything together.
03 - Pour the mix into your baking pan, maybe make a fancy swirl on top. Pop it in for 35 minutes until a knife stuck in comes out clean.
04 - Take it out and let it sit in the pan until it's not too hot. Then flip it onto a rack and wait another hour.
05 - Stir together confectioners' sugar, blood orange soda, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and orange peel. Pour this over your cooled treat.
