01 - 240 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 4–6 lemons), strained
02 - 240 ml sweetened condensed milk
03 - 960 ml cold water
04 - 15 g fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
05 - Ice cubes, as needed
06 - Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Squeeze lemons to yield 240 ml of juice, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp.
02 - In a large pitcher, whisk together strained lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is fully emulsified.
03 - Slowly add cold water to the pitcher, stirring continuously to ensure a uniform blend.
04 - Add 15 g fresh mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press to release oils while mixing well.
05 - Taste and, if desired, incorporate additional condensed milk for sweetness. Mix thoroughly to integrate.
06 - Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and enhance the drink’s refreshment.
