Set it to 425°F and grease up a big pan for baking.

Coat the cubed potatoes in 2 tbsp of melted butter. Toss in the salt and mix everything thoroughly. Bake for 20 minutes, giving them a quick stir halfway, until they just start to brown.

Toss the apple chunks with a tablespoon of melted butter. Add maple syrup and cinnamon and stir so they're evenly coated.

Mix the apples into the potatoes. Give it another stir and pop it back in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Flip things around halfway through. Once everything looks browned with a caramelized finish, you're good to go. Serve warm.
