Chicken Tortilla Instant Pot (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 (15 oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed.
02 - 4 cups of chicken stock.
03 - 1 cup of corn.
04 - Fresh cilantro leaves (optional).
05 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (optional).
06 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional).
07 - 3 chicken breasts without bones.
08 - 1 teaspoon of garlic salt.
09 - 1 (14.5 oz) can of crushed tomatoes.
10 - 2 teaspoons of cumin.
11 - 2 teaspoons of chili seasoning.
12 - 1 (10 oz) can of diced tomatoes with green chilies.
13 - Tortilla chips (optional as a garnish).
14 - Half an onion, diced.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Toss everything into the Instant Pot but leave out any toppings (cheddar, chips, cilantro). Secure the lid and turn the valve to seal.
02 - Set it to high pressure for 30 minutes and let it cook.
03 - Quickly release the pressure once the cooking stops.
04 - Take out the chicken, shred it up, and then mix it back in. Dish it up and add any toppings you like.
