Garlic Parmesan Chicken Potatoes (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound baby potatoes, cut in half.
02 - 2 tablespoons butter.
03 - 1½ teaspoons poultry seasoning.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
05 - ½ cup garlic parmesan wing sauce.
06 - 1 pound chicken breasts or tenderloins, chopped into small chunks.
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
08 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - 1½ teaspoons paprika.
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Get a baking sheet ready for use.
02 - Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil on the chicken in a bowl and toss. In another bowl, coat the potatoes with the remaining oil. Split the spices evenly between both bowls and mix well.
03 - Spread the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
04 - Brown the chicken in a large skillet on medium-high for 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in the butter and garlic as it finishes cooking.
05 - Toss the roasted potatoes into the skillet with the chicken. Turn the heat off, coat everything with garlic parmesan sauce, and gently stir. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and wait until it melts—about 5 minutes.

01 - An air fryer at 400°F can also cook the potatoes in 20 minutes.
