Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 30×35 cm rectangle.

In a bowl, combine Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then spread evenly over the dough, leaving a 2 cm border around the edges.

Arrange Swiss cheese slices, followed by deli ham, and then the cooked chicken breast evenly across the dough.

Fold in the short sides, then tightly roll the dough from one long edge, sealing seams and ends to form a log.

Place the log seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, dried parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
