01 - 1 block cheddar cheese, sliced into strips
02 - ¼ cup green onion, chopped
03 - ¼ cup crispy bacon pieces
04 - ½ cup sour cream
05 - 3 boiled russet potatoes, diced

07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - Egg for dipping

10 - ⅔ cup cornstarch

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine sour cream, green onion, bacon bits, salt, pepper, and potatoes. Mash it until it’s mostly smooth.
02 - Cover cheese slices entirely with the potato mash, shaping each into a stick.
03 - Roll in flour, dip into beaten egg, and fully coat with a mix of cornstarch and panko.
04 - Deep fry at 350°F for around 3 minutes till crispy, or bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes.
