Boursin Mac and Cheese (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup grated white cheddar, freshly prepared
02 - 1 block creamy Boursin cheese
03 - 8 ounces of macaroni (or a similar type of pasta)

→ Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons of butter
05 - 1 cup of heavy cream
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
07 - 2 tablespoons of flour
08 - Half a cup of milk

→ Topping

09 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter
10 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Boil the pasta as the package says, then drain it and leave it aside.
02 - In a pan, melt the butter and stir in the flour. Slowly pour in the cream while whisking. Stir in Boursin and cheddar until smooth. Add milk to thin it out if it's too thick.
03 - Mix the pasta with the sauce. Sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs over the top if you want.
