# What You'll Need:

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 onion, finely chopped
04 - 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
05 - 60 g mozzarella cheese, grated
06 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon fine salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Dough

09 - 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven to 190°C (375°F) and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
03 - Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Transfer beef mixture into a bowl and cool slightly. Mix in grated cheddar, mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
04 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a rectangle. Distribute beef and cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
05 - Starting from a long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut the log into slices approximately 2.5 cm thick.
06 - Place rolls, cut side up, on a parchment-lined baking tray with space between each piece.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
